My name? It's Jenny. But today, I'd like to introduce myself as your Class Insider. 

With hundreds of fitness studios in the city, (most of which boasting steep prices and uncertainty for beginners and newcomers) stepping into the sweat fueled glistening realm fitness classes can be a daunting move. 

This blog will document my fitness adventures around Toronto and Montreal. I'll try to cover as much as possible in my blog posts. I won't just be giving you a basic rundown and review of each class and studio but I'll also make note of where to get some nutritious grub after your grueling workouts, and whatever special promotions and introduction classes the studio may offer as well! 

But I won't stop there. 

As with any "class", there is, of course, a learning component. I believe you should be taking away a little more than just super sore abs the next day. You're going to be learning proper technique, new exercises, and be given the opportunity to incorporate new ideas into your own workout regimen with every class you take. 

At an average of $20 a class at a premium studio in Toronto, staying fit with dynamic workouts that extend beyond your basic treadmill and elliptical workouts can be a challenge. That's why with every class I take, I will be posting my own detailed workout inspired by the class I took. Bringing the workout to you, at home.
